LICENSES AND MEMBERSHIPS: Baughman and Associates, LLC is licensed to operate within the states, the counties and the cities of Tennessee and Georgia. The company has memberships in the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, the East Ridge Merchants Association (ERMA), the Better Business Bureau (A- Rating), the National Society of Accountants (NSA), and the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATPA).
Service Guarantees: If we do not provide proper service and you have a filing penalty or interest charge as a result of an error we made, we will, upon written and timely notification by you and within 10 days of your notification, correct the error at no charge and pay any added expense, such as filing penalities and interest charges.
Security of Data: Be assured that your infomation in our office is secure. We back up your data on our computers daily. Your paper files are stored in locked file cabinets behind two locked doors. All pages and forms containing client data such as bank account numbers, social security numbers, driver license numbers, dates of births, and other personal data are shredded before discarding.
Privacy: Your business will not be discussed with anyone without your prior written permission. The only exception would be from a court of law action subpeoning information, in which case we would have no alternative but to comply. If that should happen we will notify you immediately by phone and followup with a written notification.
